Monday, May 12, 2025 at 8:02 AM, the "free sharing" tables are missing, with no due process or notice. There is a flyer on the wall ordering us to not use the tables. The bulletin board is visible in the background, which would also be removed later.

Other residents have attempted to organize and have also experience notices being systematically removed.

Residents have had to resort to thumbtacking flyers to oblivion in order for them to last more than 30 seconds

Multiple notices from multiple residents are pictured here, bulletin board is continuing to be used despite having damage, but the HOA subsequently removed the entire bulletin board and blamed the damage.

After repeatedly trying to prop up the bulletin boards, they keep being systematically removed. Within a few minutes of this photo being taken, the entire bulletin board is missing along with the 3 flyers.

June 25th, 2025 @ 9:15am. It seems that my flyer(s) have been removed from 825 La Playa garage lobby. Additionally, the entire bulletin board is now missing. It has not just been moved back to the corner like before.
